We help improve your life with proven methods and Therapies.

Evidence-Based Therapy is the use of “scientifically proven therapies provided with compassion and culturally relevant to each individual person.” Making the decision to seek professional help can be a very difficult process. We will do our best to decrease the anxiety or judgment that may come up for you. Here at EBTAZ, we provide a compassionate safe space for you to share your life story, how you came to find us, and how we can support your goals.

EBTAZ therapists will attempt to ensure that a person can share their internal struggles, painful experiences, and unresolved core conflicts without fear of judgment or rejection. Your emotions and lived experiences can be released carefully and intentionally so that you can be integrated into your inner ocean and calmed through understanding and meaning.

The first step towards this integration brought you to this site, and if this sounds like some of the difficulties you have experienced in your life, you may want to set up a consultation today.

We hope that we can support all populations and communities throughout Arizona. We also provide therapeutic services specific to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer/questioning, intersex, asexual, + (LGBTQIA+) community through the Sexual Orientation and Gender Institute of Arizona (SOGIA).

Thank you for considering our practice!
